Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, choose your items, select size and color, then click “Add to Cart.” Once you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the instructions.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they’re placed. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 1 hour of ordering at [info@arzley.com]. We cannot guarantee modifications after this window.
Returns and Refunds
Return Policy
You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached.
Final sale items, underwear bottoms, and gift cards are non-returnable.
How do I start a return?
Visit our [Returns Portal] and enter your order number and email to begin the process.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Please note it may take a few extra days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.

We currently ship within the U.S., Canada, and most European countries.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (Pay Later options).

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Redeem Gift Cards
How do I use a gift card?
Enter your gift card code at checkout. The balance will be applied to your total. You can use multiple gift cards on one order.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available here and are delivered via email.

How do I choose the right size?
Refer to our Size Guide available on each product page. Our styles are designed to be true to size with high stretch and body contouring.
What materials do you use?
We use premium performance fabrics designed for comfort, breathability, and shaping. Most of our pieces are seamless and made with skin-friendly yarns.

Do I need an account to shop?
No, but we recommend creating one to track your orders, manage returns, and save your favorites.
